Abbie Lane Park
Abbie Lane Park is an in progress new construction 55+ community located on Leonard Bridge Road, in Chatsworth, Georgia.
This property is being developed by The Braden Group of Summerville, Georgia. General Construction is being provided by Olympia Construction of Albertville, Alabama.
Pre-Drywall Inspections began on Abbie Lane Park in March, 2017. The last Pre-Drywall Inspection took place on June 12, 2017.
Final Inspections of the first completed building are scheduled for August 28th and 29th. Construction is expected to be completed and ready for occupants by the end of October, 2017.
Energy efficiency goals include:
- Above code insulation
- Energy efficient heat pumps and water heaters
- ENERGY STAR® appliances
- High efficiency windows
Like all properties developed by The Braden Group, Abbie Lane Park will feature comfortable living in beautiful surroundings. When completed Abbie Lane Park will have earned full EarthCraft certification.
