Griner Gardens

Griner Gardens is a 48 unit new construction general family apartment community located at 808 Edgewood Avenue, in Nashville, Georgia. This community is a welcome addition to the Nashville community and provides much needed affordable housing.

Griner Gardens is located in an area that is near schools, places of worship, medical services, grocery shopping, pharmacy options, restaurants, and other community services. The community offers spacious apartment homes in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations.

Griner Gardens earned the EarthCraft multifamily certification and places special emphasis on comfort and energy efficiency. Some of the energy efficient amenities include the following:

High efficiency heat pumps that will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
High efficiency water heaters.
ENERGY STAR® refrigerators, dishwashers, clothes washers, and ceiling fans.
