Ramsey Run

Ramsey Run is a 60 unit Senior Adult (55+) Apartment Community located at 100 Ramsey Lane in Rockmart, Georgia.

Ramsey Run provides comfort and convenience for the residents. The property is located close to a wide range of shopping, dining, medical services, places of worship, and other community services.

This project was planned and constructed with efficiency in mind. Their efforts include the following:

High efficiency heat pumps for low cost heat in the winter and cooling in the summer
Highly efficient Low E windows to reduce heat transfer during the summer
ENERGY STAR® Refrigerator, Dishwasher, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and exhaust fans.
Low flow faucets and showers
Dual flush toilets

The community amenities include:

A business center
Community rooms
Kitchen
Covered picnic area with grill and gazebo.
Exercise facility
Off-Street parking

Olympia Construction (the General Contractor) and their sub-contractors, did an excellent job creating a beautiful, comfortable, and affordable place to live.
