Creekview Commons

Creekview Commons is a 50 unit Senior Adult Apartment Community located at 202 Creekside Drive, in Americus, Georgia.

This project was planned and constructed with efficiency in mind. Their efforts include the following:

High efficiency heat pumps for low cost heat in the winter and cooling in the summer
Highly efficient Low E windows to reduce heat transfer during the summer

ENERGY STAR® refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and exhaust fans.
Low flow faucets and showers
Dual flush toilets

This project was also planned with comfort and beauty in mind. Each duplex apartment has good grade flooring and painting. The layout for each apartment is practical, functional, and (most of all) comfortable.

Creekview Commons is a Senior Community near grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and doctor’s offices. At Creekview Commons, residents will enjoy abundant apartment and community amenities. The area combines modern conveniences with quiet suburban living.

Fairway Construction Company (the General Contractor) and their sub-contractors, did an excellent job creating a beautiful, comfortable, and affordable place to live.

As part of the 2012 EarthCraft Multifamily Program, Creekview Commons was constructed with both energy efficiency and sustainability in mind. The EarthCraft certification was completed on January 29, 2015 with 110 EarthCraft points earned (a minimum of 100 points is required).

Creekview Commons also qualified for the Georgia Power Earthcents New Home Certification with a HERS rating of 71.
