Broadview Cove
Broadview Cove is a 60 unit Senior Adult Apartment Community located at 93 Broadview Drive, in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Within a mile of the property, residents will find restaurants, shopping, medical services, places of worship, recreation opportunities, and other residential services. Besides that, Broadview Cove offers beautiful views of the North Georgia Mountains.
This project was constructed with sustainability, energy efficiency, and comfort in mind. This project started going vertical with construction in late 2014 and was completed in late fall of 2015.
Each unit provides the following amenities:
- ENERGY STAR® appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher)
- ENERGY STAR heat pump systems
- ENERGY STAR lighting and ceiling fans
- Carpeted bedrooms
- Private balcony (or patio)
- Pre-wired for cable and internet
